Does YardyParty ever cancel a rental?
Yes, inclement weather can play a part in the inability to install a YardyParty greeting. If the safety of our employees is in question, we will err on the side of caution and cancel the greeting. If the booking is cancelled, we will issue a full refund.
What if I need to cancel?
A 48-hour notice is required in order to receive a full refund.
What if a sign was damaged while at my home or business?
The customer is responsible for any missing or damaged signage at a rate of $20 per character damaged/missing.
