YardyParty Lawn Greetings' Pricing
Pricing includes delivery, installation, and retrieval. A Texas sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders.
We service the following areas: Manvel, Rosharon, Iowa Colony, Pearland, Missouri City, and Alvin.
Standard YardyParty $89
24-hour rental (YardyParty sets greeting after dark night prior to event, and retrieved after dark night of event).
Two-line greeting (lettering choice) plus balloons and stars in the color of your choice.
In addition, choose three specialty decorations to accompany your YardyParty greeting. Additional decorations available for a fee.
Standard Commercial YardyParty $150
Our commercial sign packages allow for a larger maximum character count (60 vs 30) and unlimited decorations(space permitting). Examples below, please reach out for additional information! Prices start at $150

Payment​
All payments are invoiced through Square. We now accept Apple Pay and after-pay. Sign/date(s) will be confirmed and booked once payment has been processed, if invoices aren't paid 48 hours before set date an additional rush fee will be applied to your invoice.
Delivery
You can expect your YardyParty lawn greeting set up after dark the evening prior to the event. You will receive a text message when we are on the way to set the greeting. We will also text a picture of the YardyParty sign upon completion. ~~~ Pick-up occurs after dark the evening of the event. Please let us know if you have any special requests at booking, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
